今天要為大家介紹幾個超常見卻又超容易用錯的單字！
雖然念法幾乎一樣，但他們的意思可是差很大呢！

一、 Practice v.s Practise (for British English)
Practise 是個動詞，解釋為：為了變得更好而重複地做一件事情
(It means to do something repeatedly in order to get better at it.)
舉例一：I practise English everyday
舉例二：He needs to practise his handwriting more
Practice是個名詞，解釋為對於做某件事情的一種習慣、應用，或作為一個想法、信仰。
(It means to the habit of doing something or the application or use of an idea, belief or method)
舉例一：In the 1950’s the Audio-lingual method was common practice
舉例二：He makes a practice of always being punctual
試試看將兩者混在一起，造個句子吧！像這樣…
I have always made it my practice to practise my Japanese every day
兩個單字在發音來說是相同的，因此你只需要注意，在拼寫上有沒有拼成錯字了！
二、all together v.s Altogether
All together是個片語，解釋為在一個團體中聚集或聯合
(in a group, united or gathered. )
舉例一：We waited all together in the garden.
這指出，我們像個團體般在花園中等待著 (We waited in a group in the garden.)
舉例二：I put all my important papers all together on my desk.
這指出，我將重要文件匯聚在一起，放在桌上。(I gathered them together on my desk. )
Altogether是個副詞，解釋為徹底地、完全地
(thoroughly, totally, completely)
舉例一：My phone lost signal altogether.
這是指，我的手機完全失去訊號 (My phone lost signal completely. )
舉例二：I was altogether baffled by his question.
解釋為我十足的感到困惑 (I was totally baffled / confused by his question.)
三、Everyday v.s every day
Everyday意思是正常的、平凡的、普通的。
(normal, commonplace, ordinary.)
注意，這裡可跟”day”沒有關係！
舉例一：I always shop at ”UniQLo”. They make great everyday clothes.
意思是，我常常逛UniQLo，因為他為平凡的需求打造出漂亮的衣服 (They make great clothes for ordinary, normal use. )
舉例二：Recently I find it hard to find time to get everyday tasks such as cleaning and washing done.
這句話強調的是，我發覺要找出時間將普通的差事做好很難 (I find it hard to find the time to get normal, ordinary tasks done.)
Every Day 就是指大家熟知的，與”day”有關
( each day or on all days.)
舉例一： I worked every day last week, including Saturday and Sunday!
這句話指出，我每一天都要工作！
舉例二： I wear shirts like this basically every day!
這解釋著，我每天都像這樣的穿著襯衫。
簡單來說，Every Day是Something you do each day；而Everyday適用於something which is normal and usual.
